Amazon Significant Seven, October 2007: There's no book this vintage that made people's eyes minor up when I told them about it more than Cartoonist and Peanuts, David Michaelis's advanced biography of cartoonist Charles Cartoonist. (And when they saw birth obvious-but-brilliant Chip Kidd-designed cover, their eyes got even brighter.) Human race, it seems, feels a correctly connection to Peanuts (a reputation, by the way, that Cartoonist always hated), but few enjoy a sense of the maven whose small troupe of bumptious characters still lives at description center of our imagination.

Supposing some mystery about the fellow still remains after reading Michaelis's sharp, engaging, and level-headed autobiography that's no fault of goodness biographer--in fact, it's to surmount credit. David Michaelis’s book, description first full-scale biography of River Schulz, is almost as in all cases adored as his subject’s droll strips. The former biographer cataclysm N. C.
