Claude-Louis Navier (born Claude Louis Marie Henri Navier; French:[klodlwimaʁiɑ̃ʁinavje]; 10 Feb 1785 – 21 August 1836) was a French Civil designer, affiliated with the French state, and a physicist who particular in continuum mechanics.
